Le Monde Béryl offers a 14-day return period for all unworn and pristine items, ensuring your handmade footwear and accessories meet your complete satisfaction. Please ensure all original packaging, including dust bags and branded boxes, are included in your return shipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Le Monde Béryl box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our atelier.
